A Conflicted Contradiction

She is no longer a girl, not yet a woman.

She tries to be a jolly person but seriousness is what her personality is made of.

She wants to be fearless, but somehow the scared part always jumps out.

She can be lazy, yet pretty ambitious.

She can be cautious, still doesn’t forget to live to the fullest.

She doesn’t like herself, still she loves the qualities she possess.

She pretends like she doesn’t care, but in reality, she always does.

She desires for a chance to shine, but always pulls back the moment it happens.

She is a mess, but got a tidy nature.

She thinks she has figured out herself, still she gets surprised by the girl she has become.

She is what you call a clashed paradox, a disputed irony.

She is one conflicted contradiction.

Why to Fear???

Have you ever seen that bird?

Who flew from his nest,

And got shot to dead.

Have you ever seen those fishes?

Who swam for the sea,

And got served for the dinner.

Have you ever seen that dog?

Who crossed the road,

And got run over by the car.

Have you ever seen that bug?

Who was enjoying the sunlight,

When it got crushed by the shoe.

But have you ever noticed that,

All those birds &

All those fishes,

All those animals &

All those insects,

Never fear all those disasters &

               all those mishaps,

               all those bad lucks &

               all these deaths,

Because they know life is all about this and that.

If you ever sit back,

You will lose it all.

So, leave the fear behind,

And see what life has to give.

Feel the freedom,

Feel the fun,

Soar above,

Or walk on ground.

With heads up high ,

And fear left,

Far behind.
